Each piece of jewelry is carefully gift-wrapped in Mad Amber-scented tissue paper and presented in our iconic Mad Lords boxes.
Delivery
Free delivery on orders over €500.
Delivery methods :
- DHL Express: within 24 hours in France
- Delivery by courier: Paris Intra-muros
- Free store pickup: Paris, Deauville, Saint-Tropez, subject to availability.
Returns
Returns are free for all orders orders over €500.
For orders under €500, the cost of returns will be deducted from your refund:
- 25€ from the European Union
- 45€ for the rest of the world
You have 14 days after receipt of your parcel to return it*.
We will process your return within 5 working days.

Your jewel is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect.
We will repair it free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
