GIFT CARD

The Mad Lords Gift Card is an electronic gift card.

An e-mail will be sent to you confirming the purchase of your Gift Card and giving you the Gift Card code, which you can then transfer to the person you wish to give it to. They will then be able to use the code at the checkout stage of the purchase process. The amount of the Gift Card will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the order.

Delivery is free for orders over €500.

Delivery methods :

• DHL Express: within 24 hours in France, within 48 hours in the rest of the world.
• Delivery by courier: Paris Intra-muros
• Free store pickup: Paris, Deauville, Saint-Tropez, subject to availability.

Returns are free for all orders orders over €500.

For orders under €500, the cost of returns will be deducted from your refund:

• 30€ from the European Union
• 45€ for the rest of the world

You have 14 days after receipt of your parcel to return it*.
We will process your return within 5 working days.

Returns are not accepted on special orders.
