İTÄ was founded in Istanbul in 2019 by Inés Capó and Äfet Burcu Salargil. Inspired by the enduring memories of their friendship and cultural exchange, İTÄ was born from the shared experiences of Inés Capó from Puerto Rico and Äfet Burcu Salargil from Turkey.
