The Mad Lords Gift Card is an electronic gift card.

An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the purchase of your Gift Card and give you the code of your Gift Card which you can then transfer to the person to whom you wish to offer it. She can then use the code at the payment stage when purchasing on our site. The amount of the Gift Card will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the order.

All jewelry sold by Mad Lords is authentic . A certificate of authenticity is issued for each piece ordered.

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in a box, surrounded by Mad Amber scented tissue paper and presented in our iconic Mad Lords boxes.

Delivery is free from €500.

Delivery methods:

• DHL Express : within 24 working hours in France
• Delivery by courier : Paris Intramural
• Free collection in store : Paris, Deauville, Saint-Tropez subject to availability.

Returns are free for all orders over €500.

For orders less than €500, return costs will be deducted from your refund:

• 25€ from the European Union
• 45€ for the rest of the world

You have 14 days after receipt of your package to make a return*.
We will process your return within 5 working days .

Your jewelry has a guarantee linked to any manufacturing defect.
Its repair is covered free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
