Delivery is free from €500.

Returns
Returns are free for all orders over €500.
For orders under €500, a return fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund amount.
You have 14 days after receiving your package to return it*.
We will process your return within 5 working days .
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition , i.e. unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging , sealed and undamaged, to ensure its eligibility for a return.
- You must include proof of purchase or order number in the returned package.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Mad Lords reserves the right to refuse the refund.
